Increasingly artists are coordinating their own full vision, aesthetic, songwriting, productions, and outcomes, so what does a label provide that an artist cannot, A & R, which stands for Artists and Repertoire. This is the division of a record label that is responsible for talent scouting and the artistic and commercial development of the recording artist. It also acts as a liaison between the artist and the record label. Perhaps it's time to A & R yourself. Put yourself into a position of leadership, organize your team, and concept your vision, your brand with clarity.

A workshop open to producers, songwriters, creators, and artists who wish to connect with one another to identify strengths, to build a team of like-minded people, and clarify what is missing. An opportunity to question your role in music and discover potentially a new one. This workshop focused on core skills for building your confidence, creativity, and vision for your project/artistry.
