Pamela Schlewinski studied theatre studies, film studies and philosophy and worked as an assistant director for Castorf, Schlingensief, Marthaler and Gotscheff (among others) at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. As artistic production manager, she devoted herself to large-scale projects such as ÜBERLEBENSKUNST at the HKW or the Kunstfest Weimar, focussing on performance and music. She worked with the visual artist Paul McCarthy in 2015 before spending several years working for the Norwegian artists Ida Müller and Vegard Vinge (Nationaltheater Reinickendorf). Since 2019, she has been responsible for the Commissioned Works at the Pop-Kultur Festival as artistic production manager and dramaturge.

Em Burrows is a music producer, qualified educator, and music industry professional from Western Australia. She has worked in the Australian music sector for almost 20 years in many roles including ‘Audience Development Officer’ at West Australian Music. She is also the founder of ‘Avalon Berlin’; an international development program for West Australian artists. Community, connection, and a holistic approach is at the heart of Em’s practice. Her broad experience in creative strategising and management enables her to help artists get to the heart of their own artistic and professional intentions and to develop actionable pathways towards sustainable long term creative careers. Em is particularly passionate about empowering, educating, and supporting female artists.
As well as being a self-managed independent artist, Em is a record label owner (Group Therapy Records), community leader and gender equity advocate (Girls Rock! WA), experienced radio broadcaster, and podcast host (Wide Open Road: The West Australian Music Podcast). In 2022, she was nominated for Western Australia's most prestigious industry award, the Gold WAMi, for her contribution to the local music sector.

Aude Langlois is a sound artist, musician and sound designer from Berlin. She holds a Master's degree in Sound Studies from the Berlin University of the Arts and a degree in Music and Musicology from the Paris-Sorbonne University. Her work can be found in films, documentaries, theatre and music productions. As a performer, she plays the guitar, accordion, analogue drum machine and handcrafted noise machines through granular and delays effects to create experimental sonic textures. As a tutor and academic advisor (UdK Berlin, Catalyst Berlin), she encourages listening as a prime means of learning.

Alongside Belinda Sykora, Aude is active in the Ekheo duo. Together they conduct artistic research into the relationship between the human voice, technology, artificial intelligence and the ethics of sound. They explore these topics through sonic-visual performances, where improvisation and adjusting to the environment play a crucial role.

Aude's contributions to various projects have been showcased at BFI Flare Festival (London), Transmediale Festival (Berlin) Gaité Lyrique (Paris), Signs and Symbols (New York), CTM Festival (Berlin), ACUD Theatre (Berlin), Festival Rio LGBTQIA+ (Rio de Janeiro), Arte (France & Germany), Sky TV (UK), Westflügel (Leipzig), Märkisches Museum (Berlin), Hosek Contemporary, Berlin, 48 hours Neukölln (Berlin), Gallery Barbara Thumm (Berlin), AMRO (Linz), Pop Kultur (Berlin).

Laura Lee

Laura Lee is a Berlin-based songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and performer. She first gained international attention with her band GURR, winning numerous awards including the Impala Award for Best European Indie Album of the Year and the VUT Award for Best Album as well as starring in the German TV movie “Nicht tot zu kriegen”. She has opened for bands such as Arcade Fire, The Strokes and Beatsteaks. In 2020, Laura Lee launched her solo career under the name Laura Lee & the Jettes. After the release of her debut album, she performed in New York City at the New Colossus Festival and at SXSW in Austin Texas. Since April 2023, Laura Lee has worked for the state theater in Leipzig, starring in the play „The Master and Margarita“ where she acts, sings and makes music. Laura Lee is a recipient of the Keychange stipend, an initiative to help increase visibility for women and underrepresented groups in the music industry where she also mentors aspiring musicians. Since August 2022, Laura Lee is a mother to a daughter and shows her path back into the music industry in the documentary „6 hours with Laura Lee“, produced by Noisey.

Susanna is a project and artist manager with a focus on digital marketing under her brand, SATHENNA, with international experience in PR and marketing, including positions in Mexico, Spain, and Germany. After completing her master's degree and gaining years of experience in the corporate PR and marketing sector, Susanna decided to change her career path. Within the music industry, she leads workshops on topics like brand identity and social media marketing for artists, gives individual coachings for artists to develop their artist brand identity, and develops online marketing campaigns for artists and institutions. Within her first year in the music industry, she was able to get funded by Musicboard Berlin, became one of the experts at Musicpool, and has grown her brand SATHENNA to a broad network of international creatives and professionals from different areas.

Fabian Ristau is a musician, composer and psychological counsellor. His musical cosmos is fuelled by the infinite connections between jazz and electronic music. Together with jazz singer Natalia Mateo, he won the Jazz-ECHO as best newcomer in 2016. He has been working as a freelance musician and composer for 15 years. In addition to his own musical project (Mono Green), he works as a musical director at various theatres in Germany and Switzerland. Since 2022 he has also been working as a psychological counsellor and systemic coach. He is a member of the board of IG JAZZ Berlin and accompanies political processes to strengthen the independent scene in Berlin. He is married and lives in Prenzlauer Berg with his wife and two twin girls.

Linda Stark is a songwriter and singer from Berlin. On the road in the genres of pop, EDM, Schlager & K-Pop, she has already contributed songs to number 1 albums in Germany, Switzerland and Japan. She has written for artists such as Stereoact, Koda Kumi, Fidi Steinbeck, the KiKA TanzAlarmKids & Vincent Gross and has been awarded gold and platinum. In addition to her compositions and lyrics, Linda can also be heard singing in commercials or as a background singer - both live and on studio productions. She is also on the road with her German-language electropop project LiLA. Linda has been on the management team of the Songwriters Association since the end of 2019 and founded her publishing edition PAPER PUG in 2021, with which she primarily promotes FLINTA*. Amin Mansour is a content creator and product manager from Berlin (originally from Vienna).
