In the case of Melissa, is her over 20 years of experience in booking and events organization.&nbsp;</p> <p>Melissa is well known&nbsp;&nbsp;personality in the Berlin music scene: apart from being a consultant at Music Pool Berlin, she's one of the founders of <a href="http://wemakewaves.de">We Make Waves</a>,&nbsp;a networking platform, a resource, and a presenter for&nbsp;women, trans and non-binary people working in the music industry.&nbsp;Beyond its year-long activities, WMW hosts a three-day festival and conference which brings leading international artists and experts to Berlin.
